Calendar

Lessons for the Undergraduate (three-Year) Program in Design and Visual Communication begin in October of each academic year and end in July. They are held from Monday to Friday, as outlined in the academic calendar, with two available timetables: from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm. For any additional lessons or make ups, the student is required to ensure his/her availability. Each frontal lesson will alternate between workshops and visits to companies so that over the course of the three years, students can acquire all necessary theoretical and practical skills. Students are informed of the dates and times of such encounters well in advance.
Students should get in the habit of consulting the posted bulletin board daily to be informed of any changes as well as the classroom for each lesson.

Attendance for individual courses is compulsory. Students must not miss more than 20% of lessons in their discipline; more absences will result in not being admitted to exams. In the case of a working student, the regulation provides for a special course schedule that does not require daily attendance and justifies absences due to work.

For each academic year, three exam sessions are scheduled: winter (February), summer (July) and lastly autumn (September).
The February session is also considered an extension of the previous academic year.
