The master

An educational program to redesign the territory with a contemporary approach and rethink the cultural project starting from the specificities of the territories and their vital rhythms—their businesses, traditions, unique features, and resources—using working methods typical of major European capitals.

Didactic method

Heritage Innovation is a traveling master's program where you learn by doing, working closely with cultural designers and cutting-edge organizations. It uses a blended learning approach, alternating online activities with in-person workshops, traveling across various Italian cities and villages.

The program includes masterclasses and meetings with leading figures from the world of design and culture.

Who is it for?

The master's program is an ideal opportunity for those wishing to acquire specific skills in developing cultural projects closely tied to the local area, through the creation of a system of relationships between assets, resources, territorial values, and human capital.

It is aimed at graduates and professionals with a Bachelor's or First Level Academic Diploma from design faculties, communication study paths and, more generally, from humanities, social sciences and economics faculties.

Professional outlets

Cultural planning, event curation, stakeholder management.

Opportunity for insertion into a young, dynamic, and educational context

The program includes a curricular internship that can be completed at Abadir Academy's partner companies or at a company of your choice. The master's program also offers the opportunity to undertake traineeships in Europe funded by the Erasmus Program.

All the master's modules are curated by professionals and designed in collaboration with a series of project partners who play a strategic role in defining the briefs and understanding the local context in which the individual projects will be developed.
