The Evaluation Unit is a body that oversees the monitoring of teaching and research activities, data, and the evaluation of curricula related to enrolments. Indeed, the members of the Evaluation Panel oversee the motivational interviews and the assessment of incoming candidates' skills. It is composed of three members – of which one internal and two external to the Academy – appointed by the Director and by the Director themself. The duration of the term is defined by the executive committee.

Periodically, the Evaluation Unit proceeds to monitoring of teaching activities carried out within individual courses. This activity takes place: during the Summer Examination Session, by measuring and evaluating the results achieved by students over the course of the year; during the Graduation Sessions, which measure the quality of teaching over the three-year period through. Furthermore, during the academic year, some members of the Evaluation Committee may attend teaching activities upon request submitted to the relevant lecturer.

The Evaluation Unit is a mandatory body pursuant to’Article 4 – paragraph 1 – letter F of the regulation laying down criteria for the statutory, regulatory and organisational autonomy of AFAM institutions issued by Presidential Decree no. 132 of 28/02/2003, adopted by means of an’Article 13 of the Statute of the ABADIR Academy and with the’Article 6 – Letter J of Protocol No 626/2012 of the Teaching Regulations.
