He was born in Montescaglioso (MT), where he has lived and worked as a graphic designer since 1986. He graduated from the set design course at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, where he worked as a graphic designer and illustrator. He collaborated with Mario Cresci in Matera. From 1999 to 2006, he served as a councillor for Aiap. He is a lecturer at ISIA in Urbino. Since 2017, he has been a member of AGI (Alliance Graphique Internationale).

Elisea is a Sicilian designer with a background in graphic design and UX/UI design.
From Abadiriana, over the years she has developed a strong passion for technology and innovation, which today leads her to lead the design department of YOMI, the only Web3-specialised company in Sicily.
In April 2024 he founded The Ragusaner together with Virginia Boncoraglio and Sara Cigna, a fictitious magazine that depicts the Ragusa province through art. The project acts as a showcase for local and non-local artists, with the aim of creating connections and activating the local area.

Paolo Casicci is a journalist, content curator and lecturer in design. After working for fifteen years at the daily newspaper *La Repubblica*, in 2019 he founded the communications agencies *The Design Cut* and *DigiTale We Share Design*, through which he creates editorial content for some of the leading Italian and international design brands. Through the web magazine Cieloterradesign, founded in 2015, he explores and promotes design culture. He writes for specialist magazines and teaches at Rome’s leading design universities and academies. A member of the ADI Lazio executive committee, he believes in communication not merely as dissemination, but as a form of design in its own right, aimed at constructing new meaning.

Giacomo Boffo is a designer based in Bologna, specialising in digital, editorial and branding design for the cultural, art and design sectors. He has collaborated, among others, with the Folch and Apartamento studios (Barcelona) and Blanco (Reggio Emilia). Massimo Siragusa is a photographer and Editorial Director at Phaos Edizioni. His photographs feature in the permanent collections of the Vatican Museums, the Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rome, the Mart in Rovereto and the Museum of Rome in Trastevere. He has collaborated with numerous public institutions and private foundations on publishing and exhibition projects and, through his corporate work, has captured the identity of many of Italy’s most prestigious companies. He is the author of twelve books and the winner of four World Press Photo Awards and three Sony Awards. He divides his time between Rome and Catania.

An independent researcher in architecture, society and art, with a PhD in Architecture and Urban Phenomenology from UniBas, he is a co-founder of the Studio++ artists’ collective and coordinates the independent research group Architecture of Shame. He taught at the University of Florence and was a fellow on the programme Art, Culture and Technology from MIT in Boston (USA). She co-curated the exhibitions From 1:100. Gender equality in your life for Farm Cultural Park in Favara (AG) and Basilicata  in New York, Montevideo, Buenos Aires and Turin. He writes scientific articles and essays on the relationships between plants, space, society and art. For Letteraventidue he has published: Atlas of Shame. Francesco Cusumano (Ragusa, 1978) is a creative director with experience in multidisciplinary design. A graduate in Communication Design from the Politecnico di Milano, he has led visual identity, branding, advertising and exhibition design projects for clients in Italy and Spain. He is creative director of Nomad Studio Publishing as well as having been founder and creative director of the independent magazine Suq. Unconventional Sicily. His research is distinguished by a transversal approach, capable of integrating concept, metaproject and art direction.

A co-founder of the Makkink & Bey studio in Rotterdam, he is one of the most famous contemporary Dutch designers. He was a member of the Droog collective. His practice ranges from objects and furniture to architecture and art, and is characterised by a critical approach to design, based on an in-depth exploration of culture and society. He has received numerous awards and his works, which transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, have been exhibited in major museums and at international exhibitions.

Team Thursday is a Rotterdam-based graphic design studio founded by Loes van Esch and Simone Trum. Their work focuses primarily on editorial design, visual identity and exhibition design, with a particular interest in typography, materials and the potential performative qualities of an object.

By looking for patterns in everything around them, they seek to transform them into designs. They regularly teach typography at ArtEZ in Arnhem and organise regular exhibitions and events at their studio. They have collaborated with numerous Dutch cultural institutions and museums.

Founder and curator of SaloneSatellite, an initiative of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, a well-established international springboard for young creatives and universities and design schools from around the world. In 2014, she received the Compasso d’Oro Lifetime Achievement Award. She served as Director of International Press Relations for the Salone del Mobile Milano. In 2005, she established SaloneSatellite Moscow as a tribute to young designers from Russia and the former Soviet Union; in 2016, alongside the Salone del Mobile Milano Shanghai, SaloneSatellite Shanghai was launched as a tribute to young Chinese designers. Since 2001, she has been a member of the Philip Johnson Architecture & Design Committee at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. In March 2014, she was appointed as one of the WE-Women Ambassadors for Expo 2015. In December 2016, she was appointed Italian Design Ambassador for the “Italian Design Day” conferences.

Stefania Guerra, a graduate in communication design who specialises in data visualisation, began her career at an information design studio Accurat, where he explores and applies data visualisation across various sectors, collaborating with organisations such as IBM, Pentagram, Starbucks and Condé Nast. Since 2021, he has been working as a freelance information designer and has been teaching himself user experience design. Today, he works as a UX/UI designer with the Department for Digital Transformation at the Prime Minister’s Office and teaches data-driven design at the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan.

Emanuele Bonetti (he/him, Lucca, 1985), graphic designer. In 2008, he graduated in Visual Communication from the Politecnico di Milano and, in 2010, obtained a Master’s degree in New Media Design from the Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam. During this time, he worked as a graphic designer in Milan, Oslo and London. Together with Loredana Bontempi, he founded the communication and visual strategy studio Parcodiyellowstone in 2010 and, in 2018, Belli Gallery, the first Italian gallery entirely dedicated to graphic design, which would become Parco Studio and Parco Gallery in 2019.

Metahaven’s work spans film, design, installations and writing. Founded in Amsterdam in 2007 by Vinca Kruk and Daniel van der Velden, it focuses on poetry in both its cinematic and visual sense, and its literary and cognitive one. Combining research and experimental aesthetics, the collective works with jacquard fabrics and embroidery, presented as film stills and thought experiments.

Giulia Soldati is a designer specialising in food and its cultural, social and political dimensions. Her work explores conviviality, rituals and the sensory experience of food, with an emphasis on touch to deepen understanding and awareness.

A Colombian Art Director and Digital Designer based in Barcelona, after completing a degree in Communication Design at the Universidad de Los Andes (Bogotá) and a Master’s in Graphic Design at ELISAVA in Barcelona, he co-founded Réplica Studio with Juan Pablo Mejía, where he specialises in user experience, interaction design and unconventional digital spaces.

A graduate in Industrial Design from the Politecnico di Milano, he has been working as a product designer since 1998, whilst also experimenting in the fields of graphic design and exhibition design. In the 2006? He founded Odo Fioravanti Design Studio, developing projects for various companies, including Flou, Foscarini, LG Electronics, Olivetti, Telecom Italia, Toshiba and Vibram. His work has received prestigious international awards, such as the ADI Compasso d’Oro for the Frida chair by Pedrali, and has been featured in international exhibitions. He has taught and given lectures at numerous design schools and academies: the Politecnico di Milano, the University of Venice, the University of San Marino, the Istituto Marangoni, the Domus Academy and HEAD Genève. In 2010, the Triennale di Milano Design Museum hosted his solo exhibition, ‘Industrious Design’. He is a member of the Advisory Board to the Dean of the School of Design at the Politecnico di Milano and a Global Design Advisor for LG Electronics.
