Admission and Registration Procedures
Abadir's three-year courses have limited places, and admission requires a cover letter and a motivational interview.
Having small classes encourages active teacher involvement, allowing them to closely monitor your progress and work in a targeted manner to help you reach your full potential.
If you wish to register, follow these steps:
Information Phase
Request information, schedule an informational interview, and/or attend one of our open days or orientation sessions. You'll learn more about our curriculum, available financial aid, and career opportunities in the creative professions. You'll also discover the course that's right for you. Online Application
Fill out the form at the bottom of this page and attach a cover letter explaining why you would like to undertake one of Abadir's educational programs. You can also attach a portfolio, a selection of your projects (optional).
Motivational Interview
Upon receiving your application, our Orientation Team will contact you to arrange a date and time for your motivational interview, an in-person meeting at one of the Academy's locations to discuss your interests, passions, and motivations for enrolling.
Registration and enrollment
After passing the motivational interview, you can finalize your registration with the Abadir Academic Office, which will provide you with the appropriate forms and necessary information. Wait for the confirmation email; if you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact orientamento@abadir.net
Deadlines and concessions
Discounted pre-registration
A benefit for those who are quick to apply: by completing the admission procedures and enrolling by the indicated dates, the first-year enrollment fee is reduced.
Registration closes
The deadline to submit your application for our three-year degree courses is September 18, 2026 (until places are filled).

Procedure for recognizing training credits
If you are transferring from another university or academy, in addition to following the procedures described above, you can request recognition of your university career, i.e., validation of the academic credits (CFU or CFA) you have already earned, thus shortening your course of study. To do so, you must submit to our Office the transcript of exams taken and the official course syllabi. The Abadir Academic Council will evaluate the documentation and propose a validation plan (full or partial) based on the compatibility of the study plans.
