Admission and Enrolment Procedures
Abadir's three-year courses have restricted entry, and to gain admission it is necessary to submit a personal statement and attend an admissions interview.
Having classes with a limited number of students encourages active involvement from the teaching staff, who can thus closely monitor your progress and work in a targeted way to allow you to express your potential to the full.

Information Stage
Request information, book an informative interview and/or take part in one of our open days or guidance activities: you can find out more about the study plan, the financial support available and employment opportunities in the world of the creative professions, and discover the course that suits you best: Graphic Design and Digital Media o Product and Interior Design?
Online Application
Complete the form at the bottom of this page and attach a cover letter explaining why you would like to embark on one of Abadir's educational paths. You can also attach a portfolio, which is a selection of projects (optional).
Motivational Interviewing
Upon receiving your application, our Guidance Team will get back to you to arrange the date and time of your motivational interview, an in-person meeting at one of the Academy's campuses to discuss your interests, passions and reasons for enrolling.
Registration and enrolment
Once you have passed the motivational interview, you can finalise your enrolment with the Abadir Academic Secretariat, who will provide you with the relevant forms and necessary information. Deadlines and concessions
Early bird pre-registration
An advantage for the quickest: by completing the admission procedures and enrolling by the indicated dates, the first-year tuition fee is reduced.
Registration deadline
The deadline to submit your application for our undergraduate degree courses is 18/09/2026 (subject to availability).

Procedure for the recognition of training credits
If you are transferring from another University or Academy, in addition to following the procedures described above, you can apply for the recognition of your previous academic career, namely the validation of educational credits (CFU or CFA) already earned, thereby shortening your course of study. To do this, you must submit to our Registrar's Office the certificate of passed exams and the official syllabi of the courses. The Academic Council of Abadir will evaluate the documentation and propose a validation plan (total or partial) based on the compatibility of the curricula.
