Abadir is a Design and Visual Communication Academy based on the slopes of Mount Etna. It operates locally, nationally, and internationally, training young people in design and new media disciplines through collaborations and partnerships with Italian and European companies and institutions.

The installation created in the Organic Forms workshop led by Makoto Fukuda is a suspended vertical system inspired by the curved lines found in nature.
MIGRA-N-TI. Practical and Symbolic Experiments in Design
In 2017, Abadir chose to explore the nature of migration. Many questions arise: is it possible to establish a dialogue between the practical and the symbolic? What is the gap between the data collected and the information disseminated? How do Sicilians experience this phenomenon?
